I am a qualified Reiki Teacher and practitioner of the Usui System of Reiki. Practitioner of Theta Healing Advanced DNA, Rebirthing Breathwork and Crystal Healing.  I am very passionate about all modalities and excited with the positive changes I see in people. I also thoroughly enjoy running classes and meditation groups which are fun.  When I studied Applied Anatomy and Physiology, it gave me a new appreciation and far greater understanding of how the body functions and interconnects.  After all, the mind, body and spirit are all connected.

Many people have visited me with either physical injuries, aches and pains, emotional blockages, old beliefs, stress, lack of energy or to improve their general well being and were amazed with the results and how great they felt after receiving treatment.  I have also treated people who felt that they have not reached their true potential in life, they felt held back by their beliefs or experiences and after receiving treatments are now able to successfully move on in life, feel stronger, more confident and happier.
